All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sayawd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not registered in Your name) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
Deposits to Your sayawd Account are typically processed and credited within 3 to 10 minutes. During peak hours or due to external banking system delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes. sayawd does not charge any fees on deposits. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond sayawd's control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Most withdrawal requests are processed within 3 to 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals requested during high-traffic periods or requiring manual review may take up to 24 hours. sayawd does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by Your bank or e-wallet provider are Your responsibility.
sayawd is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions, unusual transaction patterns, or Accounts flagged by Our internal AML monitoring systems. Suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended, and all Funds may be frozen pending investigation.
sayawd offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible members. Bonuses may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses issued by sayawd are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the number of times You must wager the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or competition organizer. Bets are settled as soon as official results are confirmed. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or the market may be settled according to the specific rules of that sport or competition. All casino games (slots, table games, live casino) offered on sayawd are provided by licensed, third-party game studios whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently certified and audited. sayawd does not control or manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical figures calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee short-term results for any individual player.
In the event of a disconnection, technical error, or software malfunction during gameplay, sayawd will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the issue. If a wager was placed before the disconnection occurred, the wager will stand and be settled according to the final outcome. In the event of Account closure by sayawd, any remaining balance (excluding voided bonuses or confiscated winnings) will be returned to You after deducting any amounts owed to sayawd.

If You have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Services, You must first contact sayawd customer support at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve Your complaint fairly and promptly. Most disputes are resolved within 7 to 14 business days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and applicable Indonesian consumer protection laws.
